Returns
Our number one priority is to provide exceptional customer service and thus if for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchase you make from an OLC Solutions store, you may return the item(s) for a full-refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receipt. All returns need to be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, we will process it within 7-10 days. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. For your protection, we recommend using UPS or insured Parcel Post when returning item(s).
NOTE: Due to the customization, OLC Solutions will not accept a return or an exchange on Custom Jerseys unless there has been an error in our production. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error.
