Collegiate Program - OLC Solutions provides e-commerce, customized merchandise services to its collegiate partners and has developed a comprehensive program for the marketing of merchandise for University Athletic Departments.
A full-service provider, OLC Solutions has established relationships with leading manufacturers - Nike, Adidas and Reebok to ensure that the outlet will feature the latest sideline and authentic apparel. Also, OLC Solutions complements the existing product line utilizing its in-house designer and screen print operations to create unique and hot market merchandise.
OLC Solutions will work with the schools and its licensing partner to develop a complete and fresh product mix ensuring that the retail outlet, whether it is on- or off-line offers, fans a wide-selection of officially licensed merchandise and is recognized as the definitive destination decision for our partners' fans. OLC Solutions will create and implement a merchandise strategy and provide marketing and promotional support, customized reporting and dedicated account management to support the strategy.
One of the key components in our model is the custom sports center, which allows OLC Solutions to manufacture products as ordered and offer merchandise for each varsity sport as well as customized replica jerseys. The customized approach enhances the product mix, provides exclusive merchandise and establishes the retail outlet as the "official store" for Athletics Department merchandise. OLC Solutions will also work with on-campus "brick and mortar" retailers to supply them with customized merchandise and drive revenue through multiple retail outlets.
Our robust e-commerce infrastructure provides partners with an online store that will match the "look and feel" of the Official Athletic Site with the functionality and design that provides a seamless ordering experience for fans. Partners will have full-access to OLC Solutions' back-end reporting system, which will provide real-time revenue and product information and enable to the user to create customized reports based on multiple search criteria. Also, OLC Solutions' personalized customer support team will provide our partners and shoppers with immediate answers and resolutions to their questions.
Our processing center will professionally and expeditiously handle fulfillment for all orders. OLC Solutions will ship all items within 48 hours of receipt and if an order is back-ordered will notify the customer immediately as well as post current stock information in the online store. Partners will have real-time access to track any orders and their status.

Conference Program - the strength of OLC Solutions' conference model is the ability to provide officially licensed merchandise for every member-school as well as create customized conference merchandise.
Under the conference model, OLC Solutions will work with the conference to create and implement a merchandise strategy and develop the product-mix centered on the development of a robust online store complemented with a comprehensive off-line strategy for championship events.
OLC Solutions will develop and maintain an online store, which will be integrated into the conference Official Athletic Site. The online store will be stocked with officially licensed merchandise from each member-school, conference merchandise as well as customized championship merchandise. The online store will be marketed as "the official retail outlet" of the Conference and will differentiate itself through the custom sports program. OLC Solutions will work with member-school's Official Athletic Sites to provide branding and promotion on their sites to the Conference store.
The custom sports program will provide customized "officially licensed" merchandise for each championship event that will be sold online as well as onsite. OLC Solutions can provide merchandise pre- and post-championship event in order to maximize revenue by creating merchandise featuring the conference champion. OLC Solutions can provide on-site assistance to provide support for event concessions, merchandise distribution and coordination for all championship events.

High School Program - OLC Solutions provides complete merchandise solutions to high school partners. OLC Solutions will provide off and online solutions, including building and managing the online store, creating retail opportunities by providing game day concessions and assist with staffing issues. OLC Solutions' custom sports center will provide merchandise for each varsity sport.
OLC Solutions will work with the high school's booster club to create fundraising opportunities through "official" merchandise and develop an incentive-based merchandise program to increase both fundraising efforts and merchandise sales. The sales of "official" merchandise will boost team and sports awareness and create consistent brand image.

Corporate Program - The corporate program developed by OLC Solutions provides partners with customized merchandise. OLC Solutions will develop product line, create and produce "official" corporate merchandise. OLC Solutions can develop and maintain a corporate online store and develop merchandise for special events, such as corporate outings, team building events, etc.. Our designers will work with partners to maintain brand integrity through the "official" merchandise and extend brand awareness.
